Hey you! Come learn about me!
I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY, and moved out to Long Island in 2011. As a child I was always fascinated with how things worked, which always had me thinking, how to puppets work? Someone must be controlling them, and someone must be building them. This began my obsession with anything that was touched by the name Jim Henson.
Fast forward a while, and since that point I've been selected into an advanced puppeteer workshop run by Sesame Workshop, I've created a major at Adelphi University in the Puppet Arts, and am currently working as a Workshop Intern at The Jim Henson Company's NY shop. I've puppeteered at the Eugene O'Neill Theater's Nation Puppetry Conference, at The Jim Henson Carriage House, and at Kaufman Astoria Studios in Queens, NY.
If you told little ol' me that I'd do all that stuff, I'd tell you you're wrong. Incredibly blessed.
